Pam's Minaudiere ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing an excellent shopping experience both online and in-store. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for purchases made through our website and in our store.

SHIPPING

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Shipping Times

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times may be longer during sale promotions or peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us at Pamsminaudiere@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

We strive to provide accurate images of each product's color, but actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings. Therefore, slight variations in tone and saturation may occur from monitor to monitor. The actual color of your item may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Full-priced items may be exchanged for store credit if Pam's Minaudiere receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received it. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns. For merchandise returned, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to the refunded. Items must be shipped bag at buyers cost and sent back in re-sellable condition. 

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition when received by Pam's Minaudiere.

  • Store credit will be issued for the items purchased and will not include shipping costs.

Shipping Your Return

We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot issue credit for returns that do not arrive. 

Cancellations

If you request to cancel an order within two hours of placing it, and the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue you store credit for the full amount of your order. Please note that we incur non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed.
